Our Timber
We operate our own sawmill and timber profiling equipment this gives us the ability to mill and shape timber to the customer’s specific sizes that would not be readily available to them.
Sawn timber
Our timber is sawn on a computer controlled sawmill which provides consistent accuracy. We can saw timber up to 6 metres long.
Softwood & hardwood
We are continually changing stock, so a telephone call to us is advisable before visiting our premises. Our hardwood stock includes wide planks and boards from Oak, Ash, Beech and Sycamore; and our softwoods from Douglas fir, Larch and Poplar to name a few.
Profiled Timber
In our workshop we can produce tongue and groove and cladding boards along with a double tongue and groove board suitable for building you very own structure by simply building one on top of the other. WE also provide profiled timber for you to build your very own barrell sauna.
display trusses
We manufacture display trusses for house interiors and barns. These trusses can be made from Oak or Douglas fir. We make these using traditional mortice and tenon joints with Oak dowels. Make your room look stunning with strip lights on top of the truss.
large structural timbers
Our sawmill can mill beams up to 20 foot long and whatever size you wish. If you are thinking of starting a project contact us so we can give you some choices. We also can provide sawn or planed finish.
custom sawing
If you have some timber you would like us to mill please contact us. Just a couple of things to consider. No Nails (if we hit a nail then €50 plus vat blade charge ). Minimum milling charge €200 plus vat.
